• Client Accounts: For individuals seeking tattoo services and inspiration

3.2 Account Approval

New accounts may require administrator approval before gaining full platform access. Users can browse content while awaiting approval but cannot interact until approved.

3.3 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and current information
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.1 Content Guidelines

Users may upload images, create posts, and share content. All content must:

• Be appropriate for a professional tattoo community
• Not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights
• Not contain explicit, offensive, or inappropriate material beyond artistic tattoo work
• Be original work or used with proper permission

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidating other users
• Posting spam, promotional content, or advertisements (except artist portfolios)
• Impersonating other individuals or entities
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other user accounts
• Distributing malware or harmful code
• Engaging in illegal activities or promoting illegal services

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content on the platform.

5.2 Platform Content

The platform design, features, and functionality are owned by Tattoo Marketplace and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.1 Independent Relationships

Tattoo Marketplace facilitates connections between artists and clients but is not a party to any agreements or transactions between them. All negotiations, bookings, and services are conducted independently.

7.2 Platform Responsibility

We do not:

• Guarantee the quality of any artist's work
• Handle payments between artists and clients
• Provide insurance or guarantees for tattoo services
• Mediate disputes between artists and clients

8.1 Platform Messaging

The platform provides messaging functionality for professional communication between artists and clients. Artists may disable messaging at their discretion.

8.2 Communication Guidelines

• Keep all communications professional and respectful
• Do not share personal contact information in public areas
• Report inappropriate messages to administrators
• Respect artists' messaging preferences and availability

10.1 Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tattoo Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11.1 User Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features when available.

11.2 Platform Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
